double chocolate crunchie cookie

A double chocolate cookie with crunchie throughout and a whole crunchie inside, topped with milk chocolate and crushed crunchie

Not suitable for those with allergies as i work in a kitchen which handles every type of allergen so there may be traces in every product.

INGREDIENTS:

Cookie: Plain flour: Fortified WHEAT Flour [WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], light brown sugar: Sugar, Cane Molasses, Humectant (Glycerol), Butter (MILK), milk choc chips: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, whey powder (from MILK), lactose (from MILK), emulsifier E322 (SOY lecithin), vanilla extract. Dark and milk chocolate: Sugar, whole MILK powder, Cocoa butter, Cocoa mass, Emulsifiers: SOYA lecithins, Polyglycerol Polyricinolate; vanilla extract, fat reduced cocoa powder. cocoa solids (dark) 50% minimum, cocoa solids (milk) 27 minimum, EGG, crunchie: Sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed MILK powder, whey permeate powder (from MILK), palm oil, MILK fat, emulsifier (E442), flavourings, coconut oil. Cornflour, Bicarb: Raising Agent (Sodium Carbonates). Baking powder: Raising Agents (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates), Rice Flour. Salt, Vanilla: Water, Propylene Glycol, Colour: Plain Caramel; Flavourings.
