Shipping policy

Processing times 

All our bakes are made fresh to order. Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be prepared before it's dispatched.

Delivery 

We ship across the UK using 24 hour tracked courier service. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 working days after dispatch, though we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order is with the carrier.

Shipping in warm weather 

During warmer months, some products may be more susceptible to heat during transit. We do our best to package orders appropriately, but please bear this in mind when placing your order in summer. Damaged items from heat will not receive a full refund.

Order tracking

 Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Lost or delayed parcels 

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at contact@popsofjoybakes.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
