Refunds & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but we know that sometimes things don't arrive as they should — especially with baked goods in warm weather.

Damaged or melted items 

If your order arrives damaged or affected by heat to the point it's not suitable for consumption, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item(s). As our policies state the risks of ordering during warm weather, we can offer a partial refund in these cases. In cooler months please note a corner broken off a brownie etc does not class as damaged and will not receive a refund.

Perishable goods

 As all our products are freshly made and perishable, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We recommend checking your delivery date and ensuring someone is available to receive your order.

Summer shipping 

During warmer months, some products may be more susceptible to heat during transit. We'll always do our best to package appropriately, but please bear this in mind when ordering — we're unable to offer full refunds on bakes damaged by heat.
