Can I order if I have an allergy?

Bakes are not recommended for those with allergies. Although some products may not contain certain allergens, all products are made in a kitchen which handles all allergens including nuts and peanuts so cannot confirm there will be no traces.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are posted Royal Mail tracked 24 and aim to arrive within 3 working days of dispatch. Please note this is a new website so orders will be baked after they have been ordered to avoid waste.

How long do the items stay fresh for?

Postal items stay fresh for around a week. All items will have a BBD (Best Before Date) on them when they arrive. If kept in an airtight container, or the fridge, they will stay fresh for longer

What happens if my items arrive broken?

I do not offer refunds or replacements on broken items as this does not affect the taste. All items are packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival

If I'm local can I collect?

No. I do not offer home collections on website orders. If you live locally and wish to collect please order through Facebook or Instagram (I cannot offer single items for collection).

I am not liable for any orders once they have left my care. This includes damage through transit or when they have arrived to you. If you have pets please ensure you have a safe space as my boxes are not letterbox friendly.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct address and details so please check before ordering. I cannot guarantee that I am able to change information once ordered. Refunds will not be given if delivered to the wrong address.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering will be offered a either a full refund minus a 20% administrative fee, or a 100% refund in store credit. This covers the non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processor and the time taken to manage your request.

Cancellations after 24 hours: As our bakes are perishable and made to order, we cannot offer refunds once production has begun or ingredients have been specifically prepared for your order.

I do not cater for allergens. Please ensure you are not ordering if you or others have severe allergies. All products are made in a kitchen which handles peanuts, nuts, soya, gluten, dairy, eggs and other allergens.
