Lemon meringue blondie

A fudgy but soft blondie base with white chocolate and meringue throughout topped with meringue pieces and a homemade lemon curd.

Please note all bakes are unsuitable for those with allergies as i work in a kitchen which handles all types of allergens so there may be traces in every product.

Ingredients:
